Joyce Fung is a Full-Time Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, specializing in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). In 2018 she received the distinction of #1 Top Realtor for Total Number of Transactions with Brick + Mortar Realty.

Born and raised in Toronto, Joyce, from a young age, already had a passion for real estate, and a keen eye for architecture, design, and style. Born at Toronto General Hospital, Joyce began her roots in Downtown Toronto.

After moving from Downtown Toronto at the age of five, her family decided to up root themselves to Midtown Toronto, where Joyce spent her Elementary and Secondary school days in prime communities such as: Yonge & Eglinton, Yonge & St.Clair, Bridle Path, and Forest Hill South.

Fast forward to York University in North York, where Joyce graduated with her undergraduate degree in Psychology. She furthered her education with a Master’s of Science in Primary Education. After attaining her Master’s Degree, she began her career in the Real Estate Industry, where she found her first Love and Passion.

With 6 Years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, Joyce launched her Real Estate Career in Pre-construction Real Estate working for builders such as, Field Gate Homes, Tiffany Park Homes, and Andrin Homes, to name a few.
